❶ 進口國外汽車需要什麼資質，該怎麼申請，需要哪些流程
一、向外經貿局申領自動進口許口證。
申領資料如下：
1.外商投資企業進口汽車申請表》（須蓋鮮章並填寫企業真實聯系電話和聯系人，並經該企業法人簽章），一式二份。
2.《外商投資企業批准證書》復印件
3.營業執照復印件
4.驗資報告復印件
二、選擇港口口岸貨代公司。
向貨代傳真資料如下：
1. 自動進口許可證
2. 進口合同
3. 進口發票
4. 裝箱單
5. 海運提單（由船公司簽發）
6. 提貨單（由船公司簽發）
7. 進口報關單
三、貨代公司報關。
1.在開始報關後，由於汽車需要檢驗，所以在報關的時候需要出入境檢驗檢疫機構的檢驗（汽車進口後在未通關提取前一般放在港口的危險品倉庫中），檢驗時需要提供的資料如下（貨代一般根據提單來確定需要檢驗的資料）：進口汽車「3C」認證（最好能由國外提供），進口汽車合同，發票，提（運）單，裝箱單，進口安全質量許可證（復印件），以非CFC-12為製冷工質的汽車空調器壓縮機的證明以及海關出具的《進口貨物證明》的正本及復印件等。
2.檢驗通過後出具由口岸檢驗檢疫機構簽發《入境貨物檢驗檢疫證明》，並一車一單簽發《進口機動車輛隨車檢驗單》
3.列印稅單，交納稅費（進口汽車所需要交納的稅種有關稅（25%）、增值稅（17%） ）
4.取得繳稅證明後海關放行
四、運到目的地
在辦理正式牌證前到所在地檢驗檢疫局登檢、（用《進口機動車輛隨車檢驗單》連同《入境貨物檢驗檢疫證明》，進口發票，進口合同，報關單，隨車物品登記單，《進口貨物證明》）換發《進口機動車輛檢驗證明》，憑以作為到車輛管理機關辦理正式牌證的依據。
